The domain name, the Blachotrapez name and logo, the product photos and the downloadable documents are the property of Blachotrapez. The products presented on the website are manufactured by Blachotrapez.

Website content
The product descriptions, technical data, colours, sizes and coil availability published on the website are for information only and do not constitute an offer. Coil availability comes from the factory stock, is updated regularly and may change before the next update. Colours in the images may differ from the real ones depending on screen settings. For orders, the price quotation issued by the area representative and the order confirmation always prevail.
The operator takes care when compiling the content but, to the extent permitted by law, accepts no liability for any inaccuracies or for damage arising from decisions based on the content of the website. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website.
The software, structure and graphic design of the website are the intellectual property of the operator, and the Blachotrapez name, logo and product photos are the property of Blachotrapez; copying or using them for other purposes requires the prior written permission of the rights holder. The downloadable documents are materials of the manufacturer and may be downloaded freely for information purposes.
Data processing
Data controller: Gergely Farkas, sole trader (contact details above). Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and the applicable Hungarian legislation.
Data processed: when the website is opened, the server logs each request with its date and time, the address of the page opened or document downloaded, the visitor's IP address, the type of browser and device, and the page from which the visitor arrived. The website does not ask for a name, e-mail address or any other identifying data.
Purpose of processing: operating the website securely, filtering out attacks and abuse, finding errors, and compiling aggregated visitor statistics (for example, which pages and documents are viewed most), so that the website can be developed and made more user-friendly. Legal basis: the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention: server log entries are kept for 14 days and then deleted automatically. Statistics compiled from the log contain aggregated data that cannot be linked to individuals.
Recipients and processors: the data are stored on the controller's own server, which runs in a Hetzner Online GmbH data centre (Germany). The website does not use any external analytics, advertising or social media tracking service (such as Google Analytics or the Facebook pixel). The controller does not sell personal data and does not disclose it to third parties unless required by law.
Rights of the data subject: visitors may request access to, rectification or erasure of their data or restriction of its processing, and may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Requests may be sent to info@netpaller.hu. Complaints may be lodged with the Hungarian supervisory authority (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11, naih.hu) or with the supervisory authority of the visitor's country of residence, or with a court.
Cookies
The website uses only cookies that are necessary for its operation, for which the law does not require consent: the “bh_nyelv” cookie remembers the chosen language, and the “bh_tajekoztatas” cookie remembers that the visitor has already seen this notice. Both are stored on the visitor's device, last 1 year and can be deleted at any time in the browser settings. The website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Effective date
